Very positive meeting for the group

Athy Educate Together Start up group met recently on the 18th October and discussed the hugely positive information meeting in the Ladybird’s Mother and Toddler Group. We got the chance to meet with some interested parents who not only have enrolled but have offered us lots of help for the Start Up Group!

Athy educate together start up group

We have met twice in the last month in the Carlton Hotel, Athy. Amy Mulvihill, New Schools Officer met with us on Monday, 12th July. She explained the process for starting a new Educate Together school and how we would go about it in Athy. We are very excited about this and are busy planning our campaign! We are starting with a Public Information meeting in Athy with the subject being an Athy Educate together for September 2011.
